About Us
When we started Pacific Crest Properties in 1999, our goal was to provide
a high level of professional service in an intimate, relaxed atmosphere. While
we wanted to utilize new technology to provide better service, we also wanted
an office where a human voice answered the phone. My wife, Dinny Harter and I,
along with Realtor Norm Nicholls, enjoy sharing our love of the mountains and
our enthusiasm for this recreational paradise with our friends and customers.
With the arrival of fall 2000, we welcomed John Biebl and Jeremy Schneir,
owners of Second Home Care, Inc. to our team. With this addition,
our company expanded to include not only two additional agents but an in-house
home maintenance division. Along with sharing the same business philosophy of
commitment to customer service, John and Jeremy bring an additional eight years
of real estate business experience.
We now have a team of eight full-time established professionals for your real
estate needs, each of whom knows the area, understands the market, and is committed
to providing clients with expertise and the highest level of personal service.
